Potential development of the next generation has become the focus and passion of my professional life over the past fifteen years. How to best support children and young adults to develop for a happy and responsible life seems to me one of the crucial and most meaningful questions not only on a personal but also on a societal level. I am thus happy to support organisations, NGO´s, parents, individual and larger families, schools and various educational institutions with regard to personal development of the next generation.

 

My objective is always to support young people to become responsible, self-reliant, cooperative and happy adults who actively participate in our community.

 

Working in close cooperation with innovative education experts and evaluated programs, I'm a founding member and supporter of innovative education programs such as STEP (Systematic Training for Parents and Pedagogues), The Federal Association of Innovative Educational Programs in Germany   https://innovativebildung.de, innovative concepts for schools and other educational institutions. 
 

Coming from a business background I find it helpful to have many years of experience in the industry and in consulting, working in teams, always searching for strategic approaches to solve problems and further develop ideas. My objective has always been to create an impact on a practical level.
