COACHING

Typical reasons for a coaching session

We all face challenges in life or go through difficult phases such as a lack of motivation and energy, difficult decisions to make, conflicts to solve, disappointment, frustration and many others.

These challenges can come up at any time in life.

Teenagers and young adults sometimes face difficulties finding their personal path. There can be a lack of self-motivation, a feeling of not fully living one's potential, uncertainty, worries, a lack of confidence or simply the feeling to get “stuck”. Sometimes life is just not “running smooth” sometimes there are major challenges or problems. All these are typical reasons for coachings. All the more when parents, schools and friends don't seem to be able to provide sufficient support or don't seem to be able to help.

From the parent's side there is often a desire for orientation and support regarding educational questions and challenges they face with regard to their children.

My coaching approach is based on a basic assumption. I'm convinced that each one of us is equipped with whatever we need to live a good live. But sometimes we don't find access to the resources we need.

This is exactly where coaching can open new perspectives and practically help to take the next steps. With a strong focus on finding solutions for challenges, my experience is that a lot of motivation and energy are set free during the process. As a result there is a feeling of empowerment that can lead to action and enduring change.

How does coaching work?

A typical coaching session takes about one to two hours.

During our conversation I will support you to find solutions for your challenges.

In many cases it took just one session to open new perspectives, find sources of motivation

to take on the next steps and imply sustainable change.

To support the process I usually offer follow up via digital media.

If you have any questions or you would like to start with a personal impression

''In a very unstable period in my life, Anne Ehrensberger helped me tremendously as a coach to regain self-confidence and orientation. She is a wonderful, welcoming warm person with an impressive dynamic and hands-on mentality. She is very motivating without exaggerating, not lecturing but sensitive and competent. Thanks to Anne I´m back on a great track and got over heavy disappointment.''
