My passion is to support individuals, families and organisations focusing on different aspects of personal and potential development.

 

On an individual basis I work as a coach with all age groups on many different personal challenges, often with young people.

As a certified coach (IHK Certificate) it was important to me to be trained based on different concepts such as NLP, Transaction Analysis, Zurich Ressource Model and others. I believe that tools such as belief work, creative tools, reframing, constellation work, elements of Gestalt Therapy etc. can be very helpful. What seems to be most important to me though is attentive listening and the conviction that we can all find our own solutions for challenges in life – sometimes using some support.

 

As a certified parent trainer and consultant (STEP -Systematic Training for Effective Parenting, scientifically evaluated concept) I support parents and families.

Regarding my consultant activities my business background seems very helpful to me. Following a bank apprenticeship and a Masters at ESCP Europe Business School, I worked  as a marketing manager/head of marketing with Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser and later as a marketing consultant for different sectors and sizes of companies from international corporations to startups.

I am married and as a mother of three I am happy and thankful for all the personal experience that comes with family life and personal development of children and young adults.
